Singapore's latest shopping centre - Vivo City
really huge place, feels kinda midvalley-ish, but they sure have a nice view up on the deck (Sentosa on the other side). managed to go there before it officially opens in December... the crowd is crazy! guess everyone is as curious to find out what the place has in store for them... apparently the shops are only about 60% open and the building itself seems to be shaped like a V as well... overall nice place to shop.. definitely less Takashimaya-ish... which is better for cheapos like me (got myself a pair of inline skates too!) =)

On another note, I guess you guys want an update on Bugis' arcade centre

The day I went there, it was a Tekken 5 tournament championship... haha.. managed to see a Jin kick some ass.. as well as Steve doing the 1-2... didn't wait till the end so don't know who won eventually, but they sure are good!
